In Quantum Wars, deck building isn’t just a feature—it’s the heart of your strategy. Whether you're aiming to dominate the competitive ladder or survive chaotic PvP rounds, your skill card deck determines how flexible, reactive, and dangerous you can be on the board.
Here’s everything you need to know to build a winning deck in Quantum Wars.
Each player assembles a deck of 10 skill cards before entering a match. These cards can be offensive, defensive, utility-based, or status-altering—and how you combine them defines your playstyle.
At the start of each game, you draw 3 random cards. One new card is drawn per round beginning from Round 2. Players can hold up to 5 cards in hand, making card management just as important as the cards themselves.
Skill cards are divided into tiers based on rarity and power:
Each card has a cost value, and your total deck cost is capped (starting at 20). You can upgrade that limit to 40, 60, 80, or 100 using in-game currency, giving you access to more powerful decks over time.
A strong deck typically includes a mix of:
In order to make your cards stronger, they need to be fed other cards to power up. The stronger your cards are, the more powerful they can become.
This upgrade system encourages long-term investment and gives meaningful progression to your builds.
Deck building in Quantum Wars rewards players who think ahead, experiment, and refine their tactics over time. It’s not about luck—it’s about preparation. As the game heads into closed beta, now is the best time to start crafting your ideal deck and gaining the upper hand.
Whether you're building for aggression, control, or survival, your deck is your weapon. Choose wisely—and outplay your rivals.
